Our take
Deere wins the hitch and the pump. LS wins the motor and the gearbox, and the price gap between these two is usually the biggest number in the whole comparison.
Get the 4052M quote, then call us. If the extra lift matters for your implement, say so and we'll point you at the right machine even if it isn't this one. That's how we'd rather lose a sale.
About the measurements
- LS publishes the MT357's hitch lift at the link ends. Deere publishes both bases, so the copy compares ends to ends and no winner is marked on the table row.
- Deere doesn't publish fuel capacity or most dimensions for the 4052M, so those rows are blank on their side.
